        - Assistant Manager

        1. RDS Management

        - Activities pertaining to basic infrastructure of the RDS would be prerogative of the state ASM.

        - RDS daily secondary plan to MD and his primary plan to the company.

        - RDS payment and collection.

        - RDS reporting in terms of Sales volume, target vs. achievement.

        - Organizing training programs for ISDs/ FOS in his state.

        - Ensuring that the tele-caller at the RDS location is maintaining the log book and is working in tandem with the tracking of FOSs working in the market through the calls to dealers.

        - Account reconciliation of the RDS with MDs & Spice on monthly basis.

        - Ensuring the adequacy of the stock at the RDS point based on the secondary sales figures model wise for the past 2 months record.

        - Ensure that the forecasting is done by the RDS and the same is being lifted and sold by him in his market.

        2. Market Coverage

        - Visits all key locations along with the RDS to resolve issues, if any, or to build a positive rapport with the dealers.

        - Track the sales performance of all key dealers (A class, B class & KROs) weekly & clearly lay guidelines of activities to be done by the TSM team the next week to ensure better sales.

        - Track the coverage (WOD) of Spice in every TSMs area on weekly basis.

        - Track the performance of all ISDs in his region & propose changes, if any, to increase the sales volumes in his region.

        - Track the schemes disbursement in the key markets of his state on monthly basis based on the account reconciliation done between RDS-MD-Dealer and complete the cycle with the reconciliation between RDS and the Company

        3. Marketing Activities

        - Compile all marketing support required in his state vis-à-vis competition.

        - The support required shall be highlighted with the sales projection in terms of volume gained due to such marketing activities.

        1. MD Management

        - Daily secondary planning based on the report from FOS (RDS & MD) working sheets.

        - Based on Secondary figures, the TM plans for MD's primary.

        - Review stock of the MD

        - Place primary to the RDS accordingly.

        - Check and verify MDs MIS reporting system and ensure that the reporting is sent to the RDS on daily basis.

        - Account reconciliation of the MD with the RDS on monthly basis.

        - Account reconciliation of the MD with the market on monthly basis for A class and KROs and once every quarter for all other dealers. The file has to be maintained at MD and RDS location.

        2. Market Coverage

        - Dealer/ Market visits to key dealers as per his beat plan.

        - Set targets for each FOS w.r.t. WOD coverage target. Monitor dealer coverage on weekly basis FOS wise for his area, highlight the weak coverage areas and guide the FOS towards improvement.

        - Monitor Volume achievement vs. the target on weekly basis along with the collections of payment.

        - Ensuring range placement of smart phone in the outlet where not available.

        - Productive billing in other outlets with feature phone.

        - Controlling the ISDs and tracking their productivity directly or through the TLs. The target vs. achievement of each ISD to be mapped on weekly basis. Striker /TL (wherever applicable ) to report into the TM

        3. Local Level Promotion/ Competition Study

        - Study competition activities in his area and assess the advantages and dis-advantages of various competing brands.

        - Suggest a counter attack and local level promotion to minimize the mileage gained by the competition.

        - Plan out activities for his territory to gain volumes and increase coverage.

        - Ensure proper visibility in all Spice counters in his territory and release a bi-monthly report to the ASM about the activities/ visibility in his territory.
